Dr. Larry D. Roper has been a preeminent leader and higher education professional for nearly 40 years. He serves as an exemplary model and educator in student affairs. He recently retired from the long administrative hours and to a full time faculty position to continue to educate undergraduate and graduate students a professor in the School of Language, Culture, and Society and the College of Education at Oregon State University. He teaches courses on social justice, leadership, and college administration. He has touched the lives of young professionals for years by serving as a role model for leadership with integrity and developing people with a strong sense of community.
